Refund policy

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products.

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@astrelle.com.au with your order number.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if your item is damaged, faulty, or if you received the wrong item. Include your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
