Welcome to astrelle ("astrelle", "we", "us", "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, and online store (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.


1. ELIGIBILITY

By using our Services, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old; or
  • you are using our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.


2. PRODUCTS

We sell beauty products, including soft gel press-on nails and related accessories.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, finishes, and product details accurately. However:

  • colours may vary depending on your screen or device settings;
  • lighting and photography may affect appearance;
  • lifestyle imagery is illustrative only.

Minor variations in appearance, finish, or packaging do not constitute faults.

All products are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.


3. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Our products must be used in accordance with the instructions provided.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • adhesives and beauty products may cause irritation or allergic reactions in some individuals;
  • you should discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs;
  • products should be kept out of reach of children;
  • misuse may result in injury or damage.

astrelle is not responsible for issues arising from misuse, improper application, failure to follow instructions, or known allergies/sensitivities.

Nothing in this section excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.


4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including where:

  • products are unavailable;
  • pricing errors occur;
  • fraud is suspected;
  • shipping restrictions apply.

A contract is formed only once your order has been accepted and confirmed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as changes may not be possible once processing begins.


5. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Prices may exclude:

  • shipping;
  • customs duties;
  • import taxes;
  • international handling fees.

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or similar charges imposed by your destination country.

Payment must be successfully processed before your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse transactions we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on our website, however dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • couriers;
  • customs processing;
  • postal disruptions;
  • force majeure events;
  • circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or losses caused by incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Risk in products passes to you upon confirmed delivery.

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to request a change-of-mind return, you must contact us first at hello@astrelle.com.au for return approval and instructions before sending any item back.

We may accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible:

  • the item must be unused;
  • the item must be unopened;
  • packaging must be in original condition;
  • proof of purchase must be provided;
  • return approval must be obtained from astrelle before the item is sent back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Hygiene Policy

Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products, including press-on nail products, cannot be returned for change of mind.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged;
  • defective;
  • faulty; or
  • incorrect,

please contact us at hello@astrelle.com.au within a reasonable time with details and supporting images where possible.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.


8. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws that cannot legally be excluded.

Where our goods come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to remedies as provided by law.


9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including:

  • logos;
  • branding;
  • product names;
  • images;
  • graphics;
  • text;
  • design elements;
  • videos;
  • website layout;

is owned by or licensed to astrelle and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, copy, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.


10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Services may include links to third-party websites, services, or tools.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party content;
  • privacy practices;
  • availability;
  • services or products offered by third parties.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.


11. SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that Shopify provides the eCommerce platform that enables us to sell our products, but purchases are made directly from astrelle.

Shopify is not responsible for fulfilment, product quality, shipping, or customer support relating to your purchases.


12. USER CONTENT & FEEDBACK

If you submit reviews, feedback, comments, images, or other content to us, you grant astrelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for business and promotional purposes.

You confirm that:

  • you own or have permission to submit the content;
  • your content does not infringe third-party rights;
  • your content is lawful and not misleading.

We may remove content at our discretion.


13. PROHIBITED USE

You must not use our Services:

  • unlawfully;
  • fraudulently;
  • to infringe intellectual property rights;
  • to transmit malware or malicious code;
  • to interfere with website security;
  • to scrape, automate, crawl, or extract data without permission;
  • to impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.


14. DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Services are provided on an "as available" basis;
  • we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation;
  • we do not guarantee all website content is always accurate or current.

To the extent permitted by law, astrelle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including:

  • lost profits;

  • indirect commercial losses.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.


16. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • natural disasters;
  • pandemics;
  • industrial action;
  • courier disruptions;
  • internet outages;
  • customs delays.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes take effect when published on our website.

Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.


18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes will be subject to the courts of New South Wales.
